Inspired by her cousin Mark Schlosberg, who read from the Torah at the spectacular "tri mitzvah" of his wife, Jenny, and twin sons, Max and Steven, Suzanne resurrected her Hebrew reading "skills" and read a short passage.
TBT members will notice our siddur is different from the usual TBT bar mitzvah siddur. Further inspired by the Schlosberg-Wong "tri-mitzvah" at Kehilla Community Synagogue in Piedmont, California, Suzanne absconded with the temple's siddur and borrowed interpretations. All who attended could tell there were smiles underneath the masks. Upon finishing is Haftarah, Ian let out a hearty, "Yay!" Below, the only Hora we could safely manage. Lame!
